    Was anyone spotted smoking a joint? JQ did in a LAK 2014 parade in a pickup out in the open. As far as WC and speech. He's a legend now. Jonathan Quick achieved Legendary Status for 1 Speech in 2012. Whatever the owners n others said or thought. He is a Fan's Legend.

    There was a moment and when I finally took notice and tried to capture it, I was too late. McPhee was off to the very end of the right side of the stage drinking a beer and watching the guys. It was almost as if he was taking it all in and watching them like a proud dad. I’ve also dealt with him at one of my jobs and he was always very nice and personable. He was very kind and relaxed when he was with his family. People are just different in different situations.

    I think you're being a bit hard on McPhee. I heard him on The Bob McCown podcast and he talked about Las Vegas locals being really nice and it doesn't feel claustrophobic living here as it can in Canada with those fans. He admits he is wound tight and maybe big parties are not his thing, but that's ok with me. Perhaps he should have just smiled and kissed some babies as you suggested, but I just think he was trying to give a meaningful speech while the crowd and the players were wanting to party. Didn't read the room maybe, but I get the feeling he's a good guy. He's good at his job for sure!

    Look I gotta say. I’m glad you guys do the podcast and talk about our team but it feels like every episode you guys are trying to find all the negative things to talk about. This is going to go down as one of the best years in Las Vegas sports history and last night as one of the best nights in Vegas history. Be happy about the team! It’s okay to be homers here
