    great if they can move myers 6 mil cap hit. after his 5 mil bonus is paid. rebuild the defense.

    Another stupid move by management 8 more years of paying him should have hoped be has a bounce back season and possibly move him at trade deadline it’s hard to support these stupid moves

    Pods is stuck into having to much respect for oposing players. Once he realizes he's a man and an equal he will be a contributing member of the team.

    When they traded for Hronek, the OEL buyout was their only option left. They can try and trade Miller, Boeser, Garland, etc… But, other teams hold all the cards and knew of Nucks cap situation so JR and Alvin were pretty stupid not to see this coming. Got to get rid of contracts before adding on more. Now that they've bought out OEL, watch for more dumb moves in the future of signing free agents to unnecessarily big contracts again (instead of building through the draft).

    Also, a long time ago, I called for the firing of Benning and that was only after 3 years of him. Some guy on Youtube commented, "Who are you going to replace Benning with if he gets fired?" I responded, "A potato" cause a potato doing nothing would be better than Benning making moves. Hate to be right sometimes. Honestly, I think I (and many other Nucks fans) could make a much better Nucks GM than Benning, JR/Avlin and Aquaman. It's not that we're smart, it's just that Nucks management/ownership are really really dumb.

    It's the dumbest trade in Canucks history, like Aquilini/Benning level dumb… but not the worst trade in Canucks history because Neely was a superstar power forward. He would dominate on one knee, literally.

    I belive there should of been a clause for buy outs. In real world life if you suck at your job. Your gone. These players need a little bit of realism for their jobs. And who offers a 10 year contract. Only in the NHL. Three years max. Easier on team abilities to control on ice products.

    I know you wont remember this. Your to young. But 1st round pick Jim Sandlack. Never hit his stride as a 1st pick, but rather stood out as a 3rd and fourth line stand out. Not all 1st rounders are automatic hero's.

    Jt miller to Carolina for pesce n drury… sign hanifin and barbashev… garland,rathbone 3rd to nyr for laffy… hughes-pesce, hanifin-hronek, hirose-myers til bear is back then trade myers at deadline after bonus is paid go nux go…

    I get why they did it, but I don't like how this management team was the one that actually put them in the position to have to do it.

    This was the best episode you guys have ever done! Well done Trevor & Kyle. The OEL and Canucks going forward information was next level. I was in shock that the Canucks had the guts to pull the trigger on this move. It gives us fans some hope for the near future.
