I know it’s impossible to get every call right, but 4 guys on the ice and no one saw it hit the glass? Watching the playoffs and the official’s from night to night and the discrepancy of calls is baffling. Early on you saw multiple boarding and hits from behind called then later on fragrant infractions not called? You call it playoff hockey but really it’s just survival, anyone who’s played just wants a fair call both ways now the players are looking over there shoulders to prevent getting injured. I thought adding additional refs would catch these calls well that’s obviously not working!

You know, you'd think that in this day and age where you have 50 000 cameras looking at the ice from different angles, especially in a fuckin' playoff game, a ref would put his stupid little pride aside and look at the damn cameras for a change. The viewers have them, the coaches on the fucking benches have them… Just skate there and take a fucking look? Yes, the game is fast and it's hard to get it right sometimes… Would it not make sense to use the tools you have in order to call a fair game? Look at the god damn cameras literally capable of capturing teeth fly in the air when a player gets high sticked in the chicklets in slow mo. The whole "Not reviewable calls" while literally all the players on the bench are reviewing it themselves is really fucking shady. It leaves room for corruption and bias and it seems like they don't wanna let go of that… There's literally no reason at all that this can't be reviewable.
Pick a thing NHL. Are we becoming the NFL and spending 4 years on each play or are we saying fuck it? If you're going to introduce reviews, everything can have a big impact, so you gotta review it.

The NHL is an extremely badly managed league. There is no reason these penalties are non reviewable.
