   Needed to happen. The injuries the past two years in particular have been ridiculous.

   Hopefully the club can get up to speed on modern sport science and our players will b better for it.

   I feel bad that these guys are losing their jobs on a human level. But given the events of the last couple of seasons, something had to give. Hopefully we spare no dollar and/or resources on their replacements because the greatest ability of any of our players is availability

   This is not cap money, spend it if you want your team to improve. It’s cents on the dollar if your players can be healthy.

   I’ve met Graham Rynbend before just such a class act guy who loved his job. You’ll see him tending to players lying down on the ice before Zednik and Koivu. Thanks for all those years of service.
