What Bedard said shocked some people insinuating the Chicago Blackhawks may NOT be picking him first overall.

Chicago would be fools not to pick Bedard.
I'm a B'Hawk fan but I know the GM will be tempted to trade down. And I'm not totally opposed to that either. It depends on the quality of the return, right?
They cannot, not pick him. The Bhawks ticket sales have gone through the roof knowing Bedard is coming. They would lose the fan base.
