At this point we have to trade Edmundson, and personally I'd let Savard go as well. Matheson will stay as the vet guy and Kovacevic is 25 he can def also step up a bit.
Harris has to go, too small to be a shutdown defenseman and not as much offense as Xhekaj! Xhekaj is irreplaceable, you can't get guys that can fight and intimidate like him and also put up points! Every Team in the NHL would want him. Hutson is the only defenseman the Habs should have under 6 foot. Harris has to go! If Price had a Xhekaj early in his career, he'd still be playing!
Hughes is smart…he will build a winner…eventually…I would like to claim Carter Hart from Philly.

Even though Reinbacher said that he did not think he could go top 10, I believe he answered that not to show off in front of the media. Indeed, Reinbacher is for sure a top 10 pick at this draft…why??? because almost every year, a defenseman is taken top 10; and Reinbacher is the consensus best one available at the 2023 draft. However, IMO, Reinbacher still remains a very good second pair defenseman…and will never be close to being a Norris Trophy finalist !!!
Need xhekjai to protect our young talent like Caufied from other dirty players from the other team that may go out there to injury our young coming star!

Isnt Will Smith more of a shooter though, im not sure how that works with Suzuki already at C, that line needs a puck retriever more than another shooter imo (and ideally left handed)
