$45 face value on these playoff tickets to MLG! this is as close as I got to our last Cup.
Pretty sure these were for Game #1 of the semis, because I recall as a kid asking my dad why everyone was throwing their drinks, etc. on the ice!
one of the most vivid memories of my childhood, I was 7 at the time

I was 5 yo when I immigrated to MTL in April ’92. This is my very first big impression of the city as I was amazed by the sport, and frankly, what made me fall in love with the city. I had again immigrated in ’96 but to Southern California; however, I love MTL so much from that I had been calling it my hometown.

Was living close to LA at the time, Was 14 yo, Going to High school all year with my Roy Jersey. Nobody new who he was or what jersey it was. Then when the team made the finals, everyone new it was all over the local news.

It’s beautiful, I’ve looked at it for 30 years now.
I was born in ’94 so I’ve just been waiting my whole life for this. Can’t even imagine how crazy the celebration is
I was 10 years old, thanks Im old. Go Habs Go.
I was 6. Simpler times for sure.
Jumped on the bandwagon as a kid in Ontario during this cup run
Edit: Jurassic Park came out the same day? Why isn’t this an international holiday?
