I think this is a penalty no matter what time of year. I don’t think this was a major penalty, but I would say a 2 minute-minor for BOARDING. How this was called “Roughing” is beyond me. This in my eyes is textbook boarding. It wasn’t super powerful but Maroon caught Gio in a dangerous spot.
