I actually think its best that bryan and ruggs are watching film and getting use to this lifestyle and getting a break, agholar and zay have shown up weekly for us! give them more chances! carr worked out with them more in the summer and have more chemistry.

Why does everybody seem like they are NFL coaches? Gruden knows what he is doing! He left commentating to lead raider nation to greatness. The players have bought in and DC stats this year is remarkable that is with a great oline. The cause of the mask for walkers is incredible , but all three phases have had a stellar season. Credit goes to mark davis , mike mayock, gruden and company ! Olsen, BiSaccia and Guenther! We have the players , coaches and front office to get the job done and win the super bowl! People chastised stabler for years believing he should’ve got his shot sooner, carr has a lot of haters, I am from Winnipeg and I believe carr is hall of fame worthy! His brother David carr was good too

2. Trade Trent Brown, wasting money at this point.
3. Bring Back Mack! Mack and Crosby on the egde and Ferrel and Hurst in the Middle! Whooo!
4. Replace Olsen with Musgrave
5. Replace Gunther with Wade Phillips
