3 headed monster and all that aside. I still cannot figure why Dubas, and Keefe limited O'reilly's play time to third line. To me thats like you have no idea what your doing. O'Reilly is a playoff performer and a Con Smythe winner to back it up. Smh I don't believe I'll ever understand that.
He is a great coach imo and reads the game well, makes good adjustments and the players respect him. Witch hunt right now. "Change brings new hope".

Of course – if no improvement replacement is available – keep him even for the short term. Treliving hasn’t issued his new vision. New GM likely needs some time – and transition of this Leaf aging out core (JT & Muzzin) is challenging.
