Armstrong: Blues are hoping to have assistant coaching hires done prior to draft. Definitely hiring two people; one could be more skill/developmental area and certainly one will be a defensive coach. There are some young up-and-comers that have caught their interest.

Blues went switched defensive schemes 3 times last year, and it showed. I’m excited to get some fresh blood behind the bench.
I’ve started to miss Hitchcock…. yeah I’m surprised I’m saying it too.
Not overall, but with regards to how all 5 skaters played responsible defense… somewhat consistently.
