It’s interesting to me because TOR has the 1st, 5th, 6th picks this year, whereas CGY has all but the 3rd and 5th picks. The 1st round separated by 12 spots and the Flames select first. Not a whole of overlap or competition.
Thoughts?

It’s just pettiness from the Flames part but would be on brand if the Leafs somehow got more useful players out of this draft than the Flames did

Unless trades happen.
Either team could move up or down in each round, or get a few picks from trades that happen at or before the draft.
It’s fine Leafs are going to be drafting Radek Bonk’s son Oliver at #28 another time Brad was involved in drafting the son of a former NHLer

I just don’t care at all about treliving anymore and he’s the only thing we’ve seen plays about fir a couple days. He’s gone. He fucked up our franchise, and left. Fuck him. Let him rot.
In Conroy’s intro presser he mentioned they were just finalizing things to do with the draft, that is likely why he not allowed to partake in the draft. The Leafs on the other hand were likely not as far in the process since they played a few weeks longer, which is why DUbas is allowed to partake.
This is dumb. He still has a phone and computer. Who cares if he’s at the table.
