    "If Treliving signs Matthews nobody is going to care about anything else he does." I can't believe Sam said that without bursting out laughing! Nobody's going to care? In Toronto?! The fan base that agonizes over everything?!

    0:24 To ask Matthews' permission for anything, is just hilariously stupid. He's a good goal scorer, and a terrible overall player. If this guy is holding sway in your team's decisions, you're far more f***ed than anyone ever imagined.

    Toronto deserves everything that's coming to it, and I intend to laugh until I can't laugh anymore. Looking forward to the TML future. XD

    😀 BIG UPGRADE OVER DUBAS! New coach should be his first move. SECOND MOVE, trade one of the figure skaters! Bring in some tougher defence!

    2. Trade Marner to Col for Evan Rodrigues
    3. Watch the Avs with their 4th cup since the leafs last week theirs.

    He messed up those line changes and formats like a Taliban wedding celebration.

    Sit down with matthews and make an extension deadline for June 24th. I would move Nylander as well. Wait to move deadline. I would keep Marner. You just need to sign a two way center who can elevate marner like a Cirelli or a Nick Paul type. Make Rielly the Captain. Id talk to JT and pitch him on the sunbelt as a good retirement destination + a cup. Hire Laviolette asap.

    All the Leafs need is another 150 lbs $10 million dollar foreword and another defenceman that can do triple axles behind the other teams net to win the cup.

    We need one tough guy on each line so the goal scorers can focus on scoring not shot blocking or body checks.

    The first question I would ask him would be about what he thinks of the Tkachuk trade and Florida's success in the playoffs.

    The chances of Mathews signing is already in jeopardy with the loss of Dubas, you get rid of Keefe and Mathews is gone after this year!!

    Shanahan should have thought about this before letting Dubas go!!

    It is a whole lot harder to sign Mathews now with his friends Dubas gone, Mathews will want to wait to see how he gets along with the new GM before signing and if Keefe is also gone, he is gone just like Spezza!!

    Shanahan shot himself in the foot already and if Mathews walk Shanahan is gone to!!

    Would be ironic if Matthews doesn't sign and stuck with Tavares. I hope you make the trade if it gets midway into season and there's no pen on paper
