As a Canucks fan, first of all, happy to see Toffoli crushing it but also mega depressed we lost him haha. That said, I admittedly mocked the Canadiens a lot during the regular season for basically getting into a playoff spot based on losing in overtime, but I've had to eat my words over the last few weeks. They look great, I had every intention of cheering on whatever Canadian team made it out of the north, but I can now say with certainty I'm glad it was Montreal and not the Jets or Leafs. It'll be a fitting result if the Canadiens can snap Canada's cup drought.

Maybe if the Jets hit players before they scored, they might have more success. Besides the Evans assault (thanks, I don't ever want to see that again), there was an elbow to Perry's head, then the cross-check from behind on Armia. Caufield also took a shot after he had set up Suzuki and the puck was in the net.
