It's a new coronavιrus and there are already several common coronavιruses that can give us anything from the common cold to a bad flu. The annualized death count in Canada is approximately 10000 after you subtract approximately 7500 that die annually from the flu; 80% of that 10000 is from long-term-care homes. The overreaction to a new coronavιrus is madness.
