OK Guys, its time to take a look at Habs forward Artturi Lehkonen, there has been plenty of trade rumors floating around the Montreal Canadiens team of late, and one name that continues to pop up is our boy Turkey. Lehks has incredible upside with his defensive reliability compared to any prospect or draft pick. IMO don't trade him unless its a 1st round pick from a bad team + more He's not flashy and doesn't put up the mind blowing offensive numbers but he's so damn responsible and on such a good contract I find it hard to justify getting rid of a guy that like going into his prime, especially if we are doing a retool that should only take 3-4 years at absolute most. Like if we trade him to a contender and end up with only a 20-25th overall pick, that just isn't worth imo. Lehks is better than what you're gonna get in that range of the draft.

Lekhonen value is probably to much for another team to trade, he worth more than a first round pick , hes a first round plus prospect or goodbye hes clearly the best bottom 6 player in the league
Lekky. He works hard, isn't afraid to get rough and shows up clutch when you least expect him too.. being said he isn't untouchable in my opinion. Don't trade him for nothing though. Worth a first round and a prospect in my opinion
We have seen that the Habs are not there yet being a solid team. I would definitely keep the Suzuki/Caulfield/Anderson trio. Lehkonen can get us something juicy that will help build up the team. But that being said. I like the way Hughes is thinking. If nothing is being put on the table that is worth Lehkonen. Than don't trade him.

Lecky is a 1st rounder of his draft with the stats he has. (but drafted late second) . If you can't trade Byron or Armia…Can't keep him. ($). He's one of the few who did the team with not much around to support him…..good for building a culture?Yes ! But the choice remains in his hands. How much he ask for next year? So many bad contracts 🙁

When you draft a guy in the late first to second round, you hope he might turn out to be a player like Lehky. That’s why he’s worth a first round pick and maybe a middle tier prospect in my opinion.
NO! He is 26 and so good and will be better. Jesus this is a no brainer, you keep him. Pat Nadeau doesn't know much.. There is no Lehkonen pushing for spots in any team, so I guess every organization is in trouble. You freaking keep that guy, you don't give that.

It's depends what is the offer for him, if it's too good to pass go for it but it's just garbage or next to nothing we should keep him instead . Artturi Lehkhonen is not that expensive 2,3 M$ / years That why we got some interest for him. Nobody is calling for Gallagher. it's too bad the heart is still there but the body don't follow anymore !
