  1. I have a feeling that Mo will be a core part of our team like Larkin. The new Lidstrom.

  2. It's a wait and see at best. He might have a high upside, but that doesn't necessarily translate to the NHL.

  3. Nice little résumé of Seider there Gio!! There's not a Red Wings fan in the world that isn't looking forward to seeing what he's going to bring next season. I have no doubt that there's going to be some bumps in the road but he has so far just calmly dealt with everything that's been thrown at him. I definitely think he's in the running for the Calder next season so fingers crossed for the guy as he comes into the NHL.

  4. As a Wings fan I’m pumped for this upcoming season. Lots of good prospects the future looks bright! Hope we get some draft luck though in the next few years.

  5. This is the most excited I've been as a Wings fan since the opener for the 2015-2016 season, and I think I speak for a lot of the fanbase when I say that.

  6. There are times when I think that Yzerman sold his sould to the devil to have GM ESP. The guy took Tampa, which was a meh club… and set it on a trajectory to win back to back cups.

  7. I get the rational behind everyone saying to chill on Seider, but you're judging prospects based on potential, and if anyone is oozing potential (based literally on his performance the past few years) its this kid. If I had to put money on a prospect to succeed once they hit the NHL, it's going to be Seider. And again, that's based solely on performance to date.

  8. As a life long Wings fan (50+) I’m very excited for this season … being able to watch this young team development …can’t wait to see Moritz on the ice dropping the hammer

  9. Also, Really hyped for Albert Johansson, he's looking very very solid!! Do a vid for him!?

  10. I don't want to see the kid fail, but after all the constant videos from Lego pumping up this guy, I think it's going to be funny if he is a bust

  11. Ppls don’t realize seider dominated the WJC, SHL, and even the AHL. He’s got the it factor and he’ll be the next red wings great dmen

  12. Wings fan here, and I think I speak for all of us when I say we are stoked to see what this kid can do. I'm even more stoked after watching this video, thanks for making it.

  13. My favorite comment about Moritz Seider after he was drafted was someone on youtube saying "he looks 15" and another person replying "he is an angel and we love him" lololol.
