The other day I looked into how many right shot defenders the Canucks have taken in the top-100 of the draft.
Jett Woo was the only one I could find, because if you go back far enough HockeyDB doesnβt tell you handedness.

The Klim Reaper is his own league/country.
Canucks need to draft more from the QMJHL and Finland, lots of talent in those leagues
What stood out to me was the fact that we have only 67 draft picks in the past 10 yearsβ¦
We should explore the Danila Klimovich league a bit more.
To me it seems college players are the way to go. Their development is awesome as they usually have tons of time to focus on their game and getting stronger.
This draft I’d highly focus on Moore Wood Perreault.
