I'm very excited about this pick. He will need a couple of years to fully develop his game but if he can fully develop his game he could end up being a top pairing d-men. He could also end being a solid top 4 d-men. But he will take a bit of development time and there is a chance that he doesn't work out. But in a weak to average draft year, when you are sitting in the middle of the first round it makes greater sense to go with the riskier pick.
The good thing about falling in the draft is you get to play on a better team. Getting picked in the top 5 might be nice but you won't be closing to winning.

What a steal! I was surprised that he didn't go lower! So glad we got him.
Liljegren fell down to 17th becuase he was injured, hopfully he recovers fully and gets a full season in SHL. He has so much talent and will explode!
