Our **fourth string** goalie is currently 5-1 in the playoffs with a .930 SV%, as well as 16-7-1 in the regular season with a .916 SV%.
He isn’t locked up for next season, and I know the playoffs aren’t over but we have to re-sign him. A goalie tandem of Hill and Thompson could be absolutely broken.

I don’t know if players are allowed to wear capes on the ice, but this guy is one of our many superheroes.
He’s been great, nobody can dispute that. But we also need to give some credit to the skaters getting in front of shots, and taking away half the goal so that he can cover the rest. With that strategy, yeah they’re gonna give up a silly goal here and there (like the first goal of yesterday’s game), but it’s a team effort out there that helps him be successful.
Yotes fan here, he was really good for us in stretches. Surprised when we let him go honestly.

Hill’s been amazing, he’s dialed in and I hope we can keep him around next season.
Hill has come in clutch. Glad our system is so goalie but I don’t think he’s let in a truly bad goal thus far. Hope he can keep it going.
Let me preface this with I’m an Oilers fan, and I hate all your players equally but god damn Hill stepped up!
Ha, I legit felt bad when your other goalie got hurt, thinking, shit they’re going to lose all because their goalie got hurt… turns out I was as wrong about that as thinking Boston would get past the first round.
