Mosca deserved it…Kapp was joking around, and then Mosca almost took his eyes out with the cane which actually knocked the glasses off Kapp's nose.
Angelo Mosca had previously been a wrestler and if he isn't disabled, it is my belief that he would've gained the upper hand. But they're both 73 and a quarrel between them would be over in seconds no matter what.
