    That’s a start…now get rid of rest of head office. Keep core four together teams good…upstairs is the problem..management is the problem…coaching..a problem etc..not the players..and we need some toughness, pick up a couple of goons and we are good.

    Too little ,Too LATE ! Talk to his Fam after 5 YEARS and ANOTHER FAILURE ? His refusal to see and do what everyone else could to make the leafs Grittier and more competitive He waited until seasons end to add some sandpaper ? It was always about losing his job period ! TOTAL BS ! Lets NOT forget it also was the 5 YEAR SHANY PLAN ! until Dubas was drowning then Shany even went AWOL on him !

    The first of many needed changes in this organization…next…let Keefe go and then look to trade #34 & #16 if the core for an immense return that should hopefully 10X the team in the way of toughness & Leadership.

    Dubas wasn’t to blame. In fact he did an amazing job. Maybe he could have gotten a more balanced d core. But this is a coaching and player issue.

    I love how he doesnt want to speculate the entire time , then at the end he speculates that Dubas wasn't "all in" enough for the team xD

    Not many young GMs back in the day , Takes a toll on everyone the pressure stress and emotionally.
    Even those older have had troubles dealing with outside pressures never mind media and organizational pressures.
    Families come first, this market the expectations if not met just don't go away or end
