Every canucks game this season I'm thinking which 3rd/4th liner is gonna dominate them tonight. When guys like teddy blueger and logan o'connor is giving the team so much trouble its kinda weird when its mainly the top line scoring against them.

It’s still possible for the Canucks to make it to the playoffs if they can string a 6 game win streak, but that’s not possible with Travis Green as the head coach. He doesn’t know how to make lines, so he just blends them up. I’m at the state where when the Canucks lose I feel nothing, like I’am completely dead inside…

It's not about the money with aquilini. He ate all those contract buyouts thinking it would give Benning a chance. Benning is just incompetent at building a competitive organization. All his skillsets revolve around taking credit for things that work and dodging the blame for the rest. The way he talks about the failures of the team, you'd think he's trying to solve the great mysteries of the universe. He's so great at casting doubt that it's his fault that aquilini is probably worried that maybe it isn't Benning's fault and that he has no ability to guage competence in his staff
If not the worst defense in the league it is pretty close and a team that lacks true toughness. To me they can't compete physically. This team shows what happens in nature. If weak and can't defend itself every carnivore will be out to kill you. To be honest right now I would trade everyone, but Hoglander, Podkolzin maybe Rathbone. Start over. Clear the books and get a fresh start AGAIN. If lucky we can get this years draft pic or next years. Big physical teams seem to win predominantly. The way the team is built you can't win. Okay you can't make the playoffs with this team.
