i have given up on the canucks building a contender through the tried and true method of drafting. i now watch each game and enjoy the entertainment value of it. i don't get upset if they lose because i like this game so much i'm not going to let a greedy incompetent owner ruin this game for me. so, stay in cap hell, sign everybody you can and go canucks go. great show guys.
Ryan Graves might be a better option in terms of fit. He'll probably come in a million cheaper too and is sub 30 yrs old.
Just call Moscow and ask for their team to come over and become Canucks. Seems like we can rename the team to Vancouver Red Army
