This doesn’t look like charging to me. He slowed down and clearly didn’t even finish his check. Maybe elbowing minor, he did raise his arm.
Boo hoo, Leafs did way worse in their last series and no calls on hits like this. Then leaf fans cry and cry and cry about the refs in a series where they've gotten 8 or 9 power plays to Panther's 2.
