Another charging/targeting/roughing play. Totally unnecessary, and sounded like the whistle was blowing the play dead before impact, too. His whole mentality, using all 2 of his brain cells, was to ram this guy on the wall as hard and as fast as possible. No hockey involved… just street thug blindside violence.
