You honestly need to be completely out of the hockey loop to think the Habs trading the 5th OA in this draft for Dubois is a good idea.
I agree a 💯 % with you on the PLD trade .Never for the 5th pick, but like you said maybe some sort of package deal with the FLA pick but only if they can sign him to a long term deal .if not ..then wait until he's a UFA. Great show!

Im not sold on PLD. He's shown his character, imo. Certainly not the 5th pick, and for me, not FLA's pick. Sign him as a free agent; its only cash. Im still dealing with ptsd from the Sergachev-Drouin deal. I wish Johnathan best wishes with another nhl team, it was never a good fit on MTL.

PLD for Habs 5th pick? That has to be the most ridiculous trade ive heard so far. Maybe if Wpg includes their 1st and 2nd. But even then. The 5th pick will most likely be a better player than PLD. I would just let this play out until he is UFA, unless we get him for our first rounder in 2025 (top 10 protected), and a B prospect

Lot of the playoff games are not close, number of blowouts, very strange. Makes for boredom setting in, then not bothering to watch the rest of it.
