The Windsor Spitfires battled back from a 3-0 deficit against Flint but could not complete comeback as the Firebirds leave the Rose City with 4-3 shootout win. Curtis Douglas paced the Spits with a pair of goals and was named the game’s first star. Former Spitfire Cody Morgan scored a goal and tallied the game winner in the shootout.
