Yeah the Panthers are starting to look like the Kings the year they went all the way as an 8th seed. In reality though since they've gotten all their players back and finally gelled after their off season revamp, they've been one of the best teams in the league the last 2 months.
as long as Toronto is gone I expect that pick 2 b traded anyways so happily will live with it…. deep draft.. will b traded for another Dach like home run
And you're wrong, the Leafs are not being steam rolled, the first 2 games, the Leafs badly outplayed the Panthers, if it wasnt for Bob, Leafs would be leading the series
Ill take a 30th overall pick to see the leafs get swept in the playoffs and continue their misery. I’ll be happy with bedard, fantilli, smith, benson or mitchkov ( i know theres rumors thats we wont take him). Im sure we can package that 30th pick with another pick + player/prospect to move up or make a hockey trade similar to dach
What a huge slide for the Habs. Earlier in the season we had glimpses of the Panthers finishing around 10th worst, and now its going to end up being 29th or worse. Tabarnouche. We best be getting Bedard or Fantilli as a consolation Prize, lol
I really don’t know what I want for thag Toronto and Florida series. We love to see Toronto fail in the playoffs as they’re a rival with a history of failure, but at the same time the Panthers’ pick is losing value. And to think Florida looked like at a time that they were going to miss the playoffs!
And to be fair, I kind of feel bad for the fans of our rivals in Toronto. They don’t know what playoff success looks like.

They were going to trade it anyway. Go Florida lol
I never got my hopes up about the pick till it got real and I am glad I didn't 😀
Man Panthers are good!

we will get bedard we don’t care about that pick
Ill still take a 32nd draft pick tbh

Relax
Honestly we can not start the rebuild we need to remove the deadwood (Price and Gallagher' Contracts) before 2026.
I said this pick was gonna be shit and wanted them to trade it at the deadline, so I don't give a shit anymore, I just want the Leafs gone.

Florida is winning the cup
We have only cheered for the Leafs for a week. Can you imagine being a Leafs fan your whole life? Poor bastards.
How the fuck can a playoff determine our position in the draft?
Florida looks legit even as the 8th seed. Their forecheck is relentless and Bob has simply been better than Samsonov. My Leafs are cooked once again.

7th, and 29+ pick this season = Waste of a habs rebuild season = long road ahead
Who cares about the Florida pick… Leafs losing will bring brighter smiles across the Nation.

The Habs finished 8 points ahead of the next team (San Jose), those 3 wins against Pittsburgh didn't change that.
