Complete farce from the 2 guys who were responsible to replace Kadri this season (Newhook, JT according to Bednar before the season started).

Also shows how much we were relying on Mikko/Nate, and Nuke if only he didn’t fuck up.

Thoughts…?

I only now realized how invisible Compher was. So invisible I didn’t even think he was on the ice.

This is no surprise whatsoever. Great way to visualize the lack of contribution from the bottom 4. I believe all of them are UFAs, right?

I’m personally completely comfortable letting JTC go unfortunately. He’s gonna get paid like a 2C when on a contending team he should be a 3rd liner. I’m happy to let someone else pay him the 5-6M he’ll get.

I’d be down to re-sign ERod though

Wow look at Mack’s time on ice! Given his time Ben Meyers didn’t do to bad.

aside from Malgin everyone below Lehky needs to go.

most of those guys are UFA except for newy which we could likely package him with Girard if Avs need to trade for a legit 2C for next season.

^ opens up the max amount of flexibility the Avs will have for next season as well, which only gets further amplified if Landy is on LTIR all year again and depending on the fall out of the Nuke situation.

If Nukes contract gets terminated due to what happened, We can likely keep G but otherwise I think he’s gotta go.

Meyers at #4 isn’t too bad considering how little he played compared to the players lower than him

I thought this sub believed JTC was a fine 2C?!? The experiment is over. Let him walk. Newhook deserves more time to develop. I also think EROD should stay

Its too bad Nieto didnt work out. Sakic and company probably need to stop bring back old Avs players around the deadline with expectations that they will be as good as they used to. The same thing happened with Nemeth and Soderberg and they were terrible in the playoffs after coming back.
