Final Thoughts on the Boston Bruins Season

It was a historic year for the Boston Bruins that ended with a disappointing first-round exit. What went wrong for the Bruins and where do they go from here?

  1. I blame the coach. It’s time to walk Bergeron.. it’s time to move on from the core. We saw the same thing with chara. The difference was our team lacked any form of intensity. Bruins lost their identity… simple as that. They looked like Toronto over the last few years

  2. Panthers benefited from having to fight hard just to make the playoffs, they were battle tested right away, where bruins just jogged into the playoffs, also being the huge underdog is an advantage, Panthers had something to prove, playing hungry, especially when they were down 3 to 1, playing for their playoff lives.

  3. In the playoffs you play the same team every night that's why… good with that fake record with 9 shootouts… no shootouts 1977 the real record

  4. As a blackhawks fan, that game 7 between the bruins and panthers was so fun to watch. Bruins choked big time. Kinda sad

  5. It’s mind boggling how nervous they looked. I could see if they were a you g team but those guys been there many times before.
