  1. Body language on Koskinnen was very different at the start of the sens game.
Confident in the net, stable, not falling on the ice all the time.
That 2:1 goal was abit weird and the 3:2 he probably should have had, but if he can keep his confident level that high….that be great.
Think, they should play Smith in the AHL for 2-4 games first, so he doesn't overdo it again and gets injured again right away.

  2. with Benson not producing thou limited in bottom 6, at least give Holloway for a look to see if he could spark the 3rd & 4th lines. Give him a chance

  3. Lol guy on the left says he doesn't want to judge but it seems pretty clear he has judged already.

    Here's the deal with kane.
-Very good, physical player for very cheap contract.
-admitted to gambling addiction but was never proven to have bet on his own games.
-was accused of domestic violence and other things but was awarded custody of his daughter so the legal system does not believe the allegations.

-didnt get along with some past teams and teammates. He has a lot of swagger and was the best player on the sharks so its not hard to understand that he may roll in a little late for a team meeting or might not be wearing clothes up to the dress code. With the oilers he knows he's not the best player on the team. He knows he needs to appear to turn things around so he can sign his next contract for best value. He knows the oilers will just bury him in the minors or outright release him if he doesn't tow the line so he will be on good behavior.
This signing is a no brainer unless the guy showed up for dinner high as a kite and told the gm to pass off.
