Underlying numbers don’t mean much when the overlying numbers end your run.

You can’t win games playing a man short. As long as the wild keep taking penalties, the stars will win.

Kappy got a new rib for his bday and is ready to score again

I read headlines like this and then we always end up losing.

Yeah, but Minnesota sports teams tho.

They have feasted on PP but struggled mightily in 5v5, but my god have we given them enough penalties to hang ourselves with.

5v5 analytics don’t matter when you have a 20% PP and 59% PK

Just confident that they just completely kicked our ass last game. They’ll be plenty confident.

Penalties. I don’t care about underlying stats. The stars have been scoring on the PP which despite what we think of the refs isn’t their fault. It’s the players. Like I get Folignos thinking there but that was just a heat seeking missile hit ASKING for scrutiny even tho he didn’t intend to injure him. Instead of pumping up the bench it instantly deflated and they never even sniffed consistent momentum after that. Stop. With. The. Penalties.
