The Minnesota Wild are BROKEN 👀 and Something Needs to be FIXED vs Dallas Stars | Hot Dish Sports

The Minnesota Wild were shut out by the Stars in Game 5 of the Stanley Cup Playoffs. It was a rough game for the Wild after the first-period 5-minute major and game ejection of Marcus Foligno. We debate the NHL refs again, of course. However, more of the conversation needs to be around the MN Wild and what they must fix on offense and defense. Kirill Kaprizov and Matt Boldy have been silent on the scoresheet. Minnesota’s Penalty Kill continues to get taken advantage of every time. Most importantly, the Wild must now find a way to win two straight games in a do-or-die situation. We also discuss if the Wild should start Marc Andre Fleury in Game 6. There is much to discuss about this series, and we continue to dive into it all. Let’s GO!

  1. Great stuff as always, i honestly think game 4 was ours and we just lost it, they didnt beat us. Anyways, i still believe we can win at home and game 7 full send it. Great podcast as always, keep it up boyz! ðŸĪŠ

  2. They can do anything. Like play dirty firs…I mean hit first. They can do anything..like not kill penalties or score PP goals.

  3. I can give up. Boldy scared on contact/cherry picker. Gustav Nyquist zero defense. Hartman is slow. 3 of your top 6 have huge weaknesses

  4. The Wild seem mentally soft. Once we lost game 4 I knew this was going to be 6 game series like last year. Conceding game two seems even more idiotic by playing flower. It's the dead cap, its the lack of leadership from Kirill, and it's bad coaching by Dean. We're good enough to give hope, but not enough to win a series.
