I think Leafs fans deserve to see more enthusiasm after a win equal to or greater than the conniption you would have had if the Leafs were up then lost that game.

Holy Mackinaw, wimps! until you get through an East Coast legit storm, snow plus ice pellets blasting sideways thru yer ears and out yer nose with icicles on yer lips. 😱 My NL friends said they remember snowfalls so heavy their doors were completely blocked! So in the morning, a dad would drop an older, burly kid out a window with a shovel so they could escape the house! 🤣

I agree about Glasses. Whatever happens in the post season, he has to be extended. When (not if) they finally get that first round monkey off their back, this team is built to win for years and it's all because of Dubas and the scouting staff he's assembled.

I was also at this game! I sadly did not have pleasure to bump into Dangle at this one similar to last year.

We got in a bit late due to the weather. The 1st goal happened as we got into the the gate.
The game had some playoff vibes. It was close, had a mix off calls, some really sloppy play on both sides at times, a BS goal and an intense finish. All I ever want from a live game is a competitive contest. Thank you Leafs.
Was it just me or did they lob the puck high for a number of these "fly ball baseball passes" over and over in this game?
After being there live for the terrible Seattle game this was definitely a pallet cleanser.

I legit missed most of the Marner OT winner – I was too busy tracking Kamf to see when Matty was jumping on – then looked over and saw Mitch go full Mountain Dew on their candy asses. Glorious! We watched the highlight pack after with the Bowen call and it's GOLD Jerry. (Although if you want a good laugh watch the OT goal Bowen call on YouTube at minus 1.5 speed and it sounds like Joe is totally drunk making the call. I love Joe – and it's hilarious)
Either way – beauty win.

Rangers top six was atrocious this game. The Leafs had no answers for The Kid Line all game. If I was Gallant I would have been getting them on the ice as much as possible. Them and Shesterkin were our only bright side that game

The best part is, the Leafs have played more games, and by the time the other teams reach the amount of games played, the Leafs might easily be in 4th place. As a Jackets fan, I despise the Canes, Bruins, Rangers, and Lightning, but all 4 of them will easily beat the Leafs in the first round.
