Pat Maroon unsportsmanlike conduct on Mark Giordano – Tough Call Suspension Recommendation

Pat Maroon has a habit of doing dangerous things when his team is losing. This is another example. Slashing then roughing and crosschecking to the head and neck area all in a five second span, all to the same player, Mark Giordano.

  1. Agree with you, but that's exactly why Tampa has been to 3 straight cup finals. They get away with that stuff.

  2. I agree with everything other than the part where he pushes him down by the neck. If that happened on its own I would call it a 5 minute major. Super dangerous play. When that's the third thing you do in a row, I think a suspension is in order.
He did something similar vs COL in the final stanley cup game last year where he just chops at someones leg like he's cutting wood. Dangerous player and I personally don't want that kind of predatory behavior in the sport.

  3. thats boarding look how far away from the boards Giordino is from the boards when hit then he knew he was going to get a penalty for the slashing so he tried to get Maple leafs in the penalty box by inciting a fight that is why he did what he did.

  4. I use to really like maroon as an oiler, he allways played a gritty game but now he’s just dirty.

  5. He should have been fined and suspended. Not to mention his non-called boarding against McCabe.

  6. I really, like seriously, need to see Simmer punch this prick out. If I had but one wish to fulfill my mortal experience.
