I don't understand the rules of what qualifies as a penalty. Seems like all you have to do is rear end someone in a turn to pass them.
Normally ignore Talladega crash fest,, however this was actually a good race,not wrecking for quite a few laps. And right on Kyle B.

Bubba was up front for nearly the entire race and lead a lot of laps. Took the lead on the last lap and thanks to his good friend, didn't make it to the finish line for the win. It sucks, but Bubba is going to win these races. He's just to good not too.
