I’ve been able to catch a couple MoDo games in the playoffs and niederbach is starting to find his confidence again. Obviously more of a long shot now but if they get promoted and he pops off in the shl he definitely could still earn an elc. I just think the bouncing around teams really hurt his confidence and didn’t give him the opportunity to just play.
While not the prettiest goal, the initial entry and deception on the first movie are top rate. I have a weird feeling he puts it together a little bit later (he is about 2 years behind due to a terrible knee injury and COVID) but the skill level and IQ are there. Excited to see him back in the SHL next season. He has been 2C all playoffs for a very good MoDo team
As cool as it would be to have Niederbach and MoDo get promoted, the hater in me would enjoy seeing Djurgarden stay in the Allsvenskan with Lekkerimakki, Ostlund and Ohgren.
