He didn't lay him down gently. He slowly eased him down half way, then dropped him flat onto the pavement when his head was still about a foot and a half off the ground. When you're unconscious, you're dead weight, so his head slammed the pavement hard. I just watched a vid of the victim and the back of his head was all bloody needing stitches. Diaz could be sue'd because the video clearly shows the guy presented himself with the universal 'open hands with arms up gesture' indicating the desire to avoid violence.

Those that says Nate is at fault has probably never been in a brawl or fight before in their lives. Let me explain. I've been in brawls before (don't judge). But when in a brawl your adrenaline spikes through the roof. Your normal confront circle is about 2 to 3 feet. But when fighting it becomes 5 to 6 feet. ANYONE especially a DUDE I DON'T KNOW THAT LOOKS LIKE SOMEONE WHO COULD BE FROM THE OTHER "SIDE" WALKING TOWARDS ME REGARDLESS OF HAND GESTURE INTO MY "CONFRONT ZONE"…IS GETTING KNOCK THE F–K OUT. That's the truth. Paul look alike should have never been those close to Nate. He was close enough for Nate to grab. That's how close dude was to Nate.
