Vasy… what is going on man
The Lightning proved that they can be the better team for an entire game. Luck will come. We came back from this last year and we played tonight like the best we played then. Just play like that again.
The fact we outplayed them for basically the entire game gives me confidence. Some really bad breaks here tonight but the boys are hungry and know what to do.

Not only did Point get his goal called back but we were given a PK for that dirty hit on him. Refs made there agenda known tonight.
However Vasy has not been the X-Factor we needed so far this series, idk what has been going on with him.

All credit to Samsonov for keeping his team in it but that game was bullshit and if the leafs ever complain about missed calls in this series again they should have this game shoved in their face. Blatant missed tripping, Reilly boarded the fuck outta Point and somehow the Lightning end up on the penalty kill and of course a disallowed goal because refpuck. Guys gotta bounce back and play with this intensity in game 4.
Refs were trash and Toronto was dirty. Leafs didn’t earn the win at all. Combine that with how terrible its been to deal with their fans and I’m really starting to hate that team

Didn’t know I signed up for an hour + of comedy, that game was a joke and the refs should be banned from ever officiating a game at any level. But the usual refs out to get the leafs ofc
I love Vasy, but it still feels like he hasn’t found his groove yet
I’m gonna say it, Vasy looks bad. Refs or not, there’s no reason they should’ve scored 4 goals. The offense gave them EVERY opportunity to win the game at the end. Vasy has to play better, period. Did the refs fuck us? Abso-fucking-lutely. Still not an excuse.
Samsonov made the big saves and vasy didn’t. Can’t play much better than that over a full game+ besides those last few minutes of the 3rd and we still couldn’t pull it out
Yeah, that one feels like a deflater if I’m being honest. Sometimes you do everything right and things out of your control determine your fate. We kicked their ass the entire 3rd and OT and got nothing for it.

Did the officials **objectively change the outcome of the game regardless of anything else that happened in it** by taking away a clearly GOOD goal as well as several other EGREGIOUSLY bad calls?

And the asshole that scored the illegitimate “game winning” goal should have been in the fucking locker room after being ejected for YET ANOTHER dirty hit.
These officials are not just incompetent, they’re so incompetent that they’re putting other players at risk.

IMHO we deserve an official explanation from the NHL about the officiating tonight. This isn’t me blaming the refs, this is me questioning the integrity of the league.
14 goals allowed on our end this series and it’s only been 3 games. Yeah the defense has been atrocious and has seemingly costed a goal per game, but Vasy has been pretty terrible, a lot of shots a goalie of his caliber shouldn’t be letting in.

These guys know it’s a 7 game series. That loss sucks but there’s a reason it’s a 7 game series
