  1. lol…what do they call simmonds on sportscentre? the mayor of scarborough? lol…classic jay onrait/dan o'toole

  2. Man, at 00:30 or so, I was like what the hell is wrong with Simmonds' shirt, looks like it's caught on an invisible wire or some shit.

  3. @GrayLeader2184 He's faking it. The funny thing is that he actually looked up the gay porn on his fake channel to do it.

No, it does matter. Visor or not, a player can still break a bone in his hand by connecting with the helmet on a punch.

  5. @carmie1818
You're right, carmie 1818. Forgive this fool for questioning your decades of first hand experience as an NHL enforcer.

Thanks. Clearly, those of us who applaud Night Train for removing the helmet don't know what the fuck we're talking about compared to you and your obvious expertise on this matter. Maybe even Simmonds is "young…and stupid" as well", eh genius? You're probably one of those pricks who thinks Sean Avery is a badass because he keeps punching even when his opponent is on the ground, like in the Matt Hendricks fight a few weeks ago. Yeah, you know all about "the code", I'm sure.

Hate to deflate that massive ego, stud, but, you're not the only person in the world who has played hockey. Shield or not, there must've been a reason Simmonds took the helmet off. Maybe you don't know nearly as much about "the code" or common sense as you want everyone to think you do.

  8. Perry only takes his helmet off if someone knocks it off.Ok he is MVP but he still is an punk.Would someone explain to me why people who have no idea about hockey have make idiot comments?

  9. @leonelalmeida1989 With razor sharp skates, heavy sticks, glass and unforgiving boards, things could got a lot more violent in the NHL if guys didn't know that they are going to be held accountable for any cheapshots by having to face the other team's enforcer in a fight. Fights are an essential part of keeping the game safe.

  10. These two might be on my dream team 1st line wingers with Getzlaf at center. Maybe sub out Simmer with Lucic. Love em both
