    If it wasn’t high I’d be fine with it. It’s playoffs and I’m fine with swallowing the whistle on late hits, but the fact that it was late, he launched high, and injured pavelski is a problem

    You never want someone to get hurt but body checking is a big part of defence. Overall clean hit, less than a second after puck release, it’s called finishing the check.

    I'm on the fence here. I'm all for hard, physical, playoff hockey, and Dumba did lead with his shoulder, but he did leave his feet when making contact. On the other hand Pavelski didn't pay attention to his surroundings and thatsa cardinal sin I'm hockey. Hopefully, he'll be able to return to his team soon.

    Mostly clean…..a little late…..but one player to another he was hitting him I a vulnerable position….when the play being made by Joe P. had already been made and Matt D's hit would no affect on the outcome….Matt D's path and hit force said he was committed on the hit even it the pass created a goal….so I would say 5min.

    Hockey's a physical sport, especially in the playoffs. Expect it. Stop softening the sport.

    That's why I can only watch NHL clips, not entire games. 100% clean hit, but they have to call a penalty on that?

    Clean hit all the way shoulder to shoulder, Pavelski was not paying attention, there was no charging , what hurts the integrity of this call is since it was reviewed they should of not accessed a minor , just a legal check
