This is the team that players admitted in post-games earlier this season on multiple occasions that they quit on the ice. Gave no effort. Now they do this? This is internal sabotage. Some of these players hate this team. Its like whatever made Anderson, PLD, Panarin, and Bob want to get out is still here and our current players are trying to fuck the franchise over. Watch them win tonight.
When it mattered the most instead of losing they won games. Why couldn’t we win games earlier in the year when it still mattered. You played meaningless hockey all season. Now it matters when you’re no where near playoff spot? Now you wanna win games and earn points? It is exhausting supporting this team sometimes.
Annoyed as crap that we pull in a bunch of AHL guys for the entire last month and start winning vs the total suck fest at the beginning of the season.
This is an example of why I think the professional sports leagues need to change the draft order.
An idea I saw that I really like is # of points (or wins in NFL and NBA) earned after your team has been eliminated from the playoffs with first tiebreaker being lowest overall points.
This rewards teams who don’t go 2-13-4 over their last 19 games (and 0-11-2 last 13).
The worse teams have more chances at wins so it still benefits them. Buffalo for instance will play 2 games after being eliminated and if they get a point tonight would actually jump the Ducks in the lottery, while Pittsburgh would still be behind the Ducks.
This team brings me nothing but pain
🎶Tale as old as time🎶
It is actually questionable how bad Anaheim was this last month. Losing 16 game in a row is not normal in the nhl. Because even though they are bad, they are still able to compete
An embarrassment of a franchise
Just wait for them to point to this as why Larsen gets to keep his job
