Not a favourable series for isles vs. canes if '19 second round sweep is any indication. Isles can't expose car. like they could pens. Isles have to keep it a low scoring series and win 3-2 type of games to have a chance. And have sorokin outplay raanta or anderson-whoever is in canes net. That is their only advantage. Canes in '19 series outscored isles 13-5. I'd say isles need to put in a few pp goals to win except in '19 sweep 4 of isles 5 goals were on the pp. And isles only had brief 1-0 leads in gms. 2 and 4. Car. controlled that series from the start. Lets see if isles can regain that '20-'21 playoff mode once again.
