My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined
I was afraid it would come to this. It will be a real test for this team. That said, they’ve already spent an entire season learning how to manage without Landy. Could we use him on the ice and in the room? Hell yes! Can we still do it without him? Yes, I believe we can. Several of the guys have stepped up their game and, just as importantly, their leadership this season. With almost everyone but Landy ready by round one, I think the Avalanche are still going to be extremely formidable.
And suddenly teams like Edmonton’s Stanley cup odds rise by 5%.🫡
