Next year will be fun .
Unfortunately we won't get the number 1 or 2 pick, not saying anything about being rigged or anything. History the last few years have shown me that we will be from 6 to 9. Because that seems to be fate. And Yzerman has done great things with those picks. Everyone scoffed at the seider pick and now look at him, everyone says seider should have been top 3 in that draft. Point is no matter what the number is I have faith in Yzerman and what he is building.

Spot on. Especially about the Atlantic division. And I’m all for it with my popcorn in hand. Going to be a sweet sight to behold. Going to be a major flip here in a few years with Detroit buffalo montreal, all being at the top and dominant in the division
Back in '73, I threw away Toronto koolaid. Watching the Bolts for six seasons, I tried Red Wing hockey this year. No good. Call me when you have a legitimate team.
I think you guy's are giving the organization a free pass…it shouldn't take 7 years of non playoff hockey to get this team back in there..some teams have done it in less then half that time
Look at what happens tonight against a legit contender in Dallas. We are still 2 or 3 Real deal players away. Need another solid Defenseman and 2 more goal scorers. Preferably one like Dmac who is also and enforcer.

This rebuild has been ridiculous. 4 years and we still don't have a legitimate top 6 player. I have no clue what team these guys are watching. The free agency frenzy last year was a complete failure. Kopp??????????????????
I'm so exhausted of all the terrible never ending rebuilds from all these Detroit teams. It shouldn't take this long but all those picks so far has been very little in return. Seider will be a star other than that it's all wishful thinking.
Finally the Lions have the right guys in place and it took them 2 years…..2 years

Dmac, I respect your loyalty towards Stevie, but I'm losing patience with the Yzerplan. Raymond and Seider have regressed this season, and I feel that we have no true goal scorers on this team, and have none coming in the near future. No way are we picking 1st or 2nd this year, so the the re build continues. I like the enthusiasm though.
