I’m from Edmonton and saw your podcast and thought I’d listen in to your perspective.
Hang in there Sharks fans. Oilers fans refer to ‘The Decade of Darkness ‘ that preceded a slow crawl back to competitiveness. Now we r smiling but it was pretty hopeless for a long time. I think your crew will be five years of good management away from being relevant once again.
It wasn’t so long ago that Oiler trips to the west coast were 0-0-0 point getters, so I don’t feel too bad for you guys lol.
You had a decade of sunshine at our expense!
A just result for a team that 2 weeks ago was virtually guaranteed to get one of Bedard, Fantilli or Carlssen. They stubbornly refused to load manage their goalies and skilled vets. Last night the Leafs played a University of Toronto goalie for some of their game… that is the type of thing the Sharks should have started to do 5 games ago.
