  1. As a black guy im so happy to see a white guy with bunnies, and today I had my first two hand dunk and alley oop dunk, so pumped.

  2. the guy he dunked on at 2:13 is my boy hahaha! He's a 7 footer that went to Ripon college. Now he's famous on youtube for getting dunked on by a guy more than a foot shorter than him lmfao

  3. Never seen black guys take advice on how too dunk from a white guy. Strange world…jk XD

  4. Guys don't listen to them. Don't pay MONEY to get better. Just buy two basketball and a hoop and practice what you can everyday. These people don't care about you achieving your dream. They care about achieving your money.

  5. You are welcome to your opinion but I'm Possible Training is in the dream business. If we didn't care about people reaching their dreams, we wouldn't have any money anyway 🙂 Our track record for helping players accomplish their dreams speaks for itself. We at I'm Possible love what we do and love our players.

  6. @impossibletraining Jacob, I'm 15 and 5'6"and a 7'1" reach and have just started touching a 10' rim, what workout would you recommend to get me dunking? Btw I can't come to I'm Possible, since I live in the UK, thanks.

  7. Never seen anything quite this combo of skills and explosiveness development.

And just so you know, as a coach who really learned to work on his game intelligently, just to inspire his players and test out the drills, I dunked for the the first time at 33 and ran a 4.47 twice. Hard hard work but it works if you work it.

    Tremendous.

  8. are u crazy? you cant just "practice what you can everyday" and expect to get good results in your game. you need too have a sort of guidence to help you do the proper training. buying these workouts are worth it because they know what they're doing. They trained players like kyrie irving.

  9. there is no way he got 50+" vertical. the most he can go 45" i think. his head never been around the rim.
