@Montreal Canadiens

[Eric Engels] Alex Belzile and Sean Monahan are the eighth and ninth Canadiens players to have their seasons ended prematurely due to injury. David Savard, Kaiden Guhle, Arber Xhekaj, Cole Caufield, Juraj Slafkovsky, Josh Anderson+Christian Dvorak the others. I have never seen anything like it

    Lol @ Monahan, announcing that a week before the season ends is really trolling the fanbase. Time to get rid of the whole medical staff.

    We need a healer, maybe Hutson can grow some stronger bones for everyone when he gets here.

    Never seen this? Has he met the 2021-2022 Montreal Canadiens?

    I mean at this point anyone with even a minor injury might as well be shut down, which I assume is what they’re doing.

    It feels like they’re doing a very smart and cautious “Only if you’re absolutely perfect, rest and heal.”

    Typically hockey players play injured, especially if they’re in contention. But if you’re a bottom team, I say embrace the tank and let players rest and see what pieces you get from the draft and then start building that cohesion in the off-season and pre-season.

    Perhaps an unpopular opinion but 82 games is way too many

    Can we use our draft picks to land some medical personnel instead?
