I don’t imagine either player will make it and stick in the NHL, but trading a defenseman for a right winger for our proverbial dart board is nice. Caulfield is also a huge human at 6’4”
Seems to be a nice trade. Getting rid of a position we don’t need to pick up a potential AHL (or maybe even outside shot at NHL) player.

I enjoy they got the taller player again
There are still people that believe Verbeek wants this team to be soft forever based on this one year when just about every prospect he’s added as GM has been massive and/or physical
Verbeek must want him for a reason, remember the one good thing this year has is scouting.
